A book entitled ‘Education and Democracy’ was published by A.P.H. Publishing Company, New Delhi in the Year 1997.
Published 31 research papers and articles in various journals and edited volumes of national and international repute across the country.
Teaching Experience

Started my teaching career as a Lecturer in the Salipur B.Ed. College, affiliated to Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha from 1984 to 1985.
Served as a Lecturer and then Reader in the constituent college (Pachhunga University College ) and Department of Education of Mizoram Campus of North-Eastern Hill University,Shilong, Meghalaya at Aizawl from 1985 to 2001.
Served as Reader Department of Education of Tura Campus of North-Eastern Hill University,Shilong, Meghalaya at Tura from 2001 to 2006.
Joined as Reader in the Department of Education, Visva-Bharati, Santiniketan in 2006.

Any Other information
Participated along with presentation of papers in more than 40 national and international level seminar and conference. Most of the papers are in the areas of values education and elementary education.
